Think outdoor vibes, live music, styled spaces, food and drink, marquees, and a whole lot of inspiration – all designed to give couples a fresh and unforgettable experience. It’s not your standard wedding fair; it’s an immersive showcase that celebrates creativity and collaboration across the wedding industry. Couples will explore, connect, and get inspired in a vibrant, festival-style atmosphere that feels more like a day out than a sales pitch.

Expect a laid-back atmosphere with live music, good food, interactive zones, workshops, and a curated mix of modern wedding suppliers.

The vibe? Festival energy meets wedding planning. A chance to show your business in a real, interactive way — not just from behind a table.

Wedchella attracts couples who are actively planning their wedding but aren't necessarily following tradition. They want their day to feel like them — and they’re looking for suppliers who can bring personality, flexibility, and creativity to the table.

As a supplier, you’ll benefit from:

  • A relaxed, welcoming space to showcase your work

  • A carefully curated layout that puts your business in the best spot for visibility

  • A crowd that’s looking for creativity and personality

  • Content opportunities through styled shoots and social features

  • A supportive team who genuinely care about your experience

Collaborate with fellow suppliers on styled shoots and creative setups that elevate your brand before, during and after the event.

Maximise your marketing with opportunities for extra exposure before, during, and after the event.

Grow your portfolio with fresh, high-impact content that couples and followers will love.

Network with like-minded businesses, building relationships that last far beyond the event.

Reach new couples who might not attend a typical wedding fair but want something fun, unique, and full of inspiration.

By exhibiting at Wedchella, you’re not just showing what you do – you’re becoming part of something bigger. A community. A movement. An experience that will inspire both couples and suppliers alike.

Frequently asked questions

More can be found in our Exhibitors pack available to download here.

  • Yes — electric is available and must be booked at the time of registering for £25+VAT.

You’ll need to bring your own extension leads, and ensure all items are PAT tested.

PAT certification must be provided no later than one month before the event.

  • Only if you want one. We offer hire of standard 6ft x 2ft trestle tables for an additional fee of £9+VAT — but many exhibitors choose to create more visually engaging stand setups without one.

    We encourage creativity!

  • Not at all! As long as you stay within your allocated space and don’t obstruct your neighbours, then get creative! This isn’t a shell-scheme show — stands may back onto one another, and many exhibitors bring along backdrops or freestanding signage to keep their space looking sharp and on-brand. If your setup is large-scale or structural, it’s your responsibility to ensure safety and have the appropriate insurance in place.

  • All couples receive a goodie bag on entry — and you can choose to include:

    • Flyers, cards, or printed materials

    • Small branded items (sweets, samples, giveaways)

You’ll be able to opt into this at booking for 500 items for £50+VAT and choose your level of involvement.

  • Setup of larger stands and styled shoots is on Saturday. Setup of standard stands with no styled shoot or large space involvement is 8am Sunday.

Larger setups (vehicles, catering units etc.) will be assigned specific earlier slots agreed on either Saturday or Sunday and must arrive promptly.

Breakdown is on Sunday at 4pm, once the event closes. Early pack-downs are not permitted.

  • No. We do not allow cross-promotion for non-exhibiting businesses. If another company wants exposure, they can join via the goodie bag, book an ad in the Showguide, or take a stand of their own.

  • We expect around 300-400 couples over the weekend and roughly 1,000 additional visitors over the weekend. These are couples who are actively planning, open to new ideas, and ready to book.

  • We carefully manage our supplier ratios to ensure you’re not lost in a crowd of the same category.

You can expect a balanced, well-thought-out mix across all sectors. We also ensure variation in:

    • Price point

    • Style/aesthetic

    • Location coverage

We don’t overbook any one type of business — fairness and visibility are priorities.

  • Yes — caterers, food trucks, drink vendors, and bars can sell directly to attendees all weekend.

There are no commission fees or charges on your takings at this event — we want you to benefit fully from your presence here. You must book a suitable outdoor space and comply with food safety and licensing documentation.

  • Yes — we offer a number of creative opportunities in the lead-up and during setup days.

If you’re a florist, stationer, stylist, gown or suit designer, jeweller or maker that can get involved with any styling element of the event — we’d love to include your work. Just contact the team when booking and we’ll discuss how to collaborate.

  • Yes — lots! Here are a few extras you can choose:

    • Feature your products or looks in the catwalk show

    • Be included in a styled inspiration area (ceremony setup, lounge layout, welcome sign etc.)

    • Perform live if you’re an entertainer or musician

    • Sell gowns or occasionwear by booking and using a changing area

    • Join in a pre-event competition or giveaway

    • Be featured in event reels, live content or on-stage demos

  • Yes — all exhibitors must have:

    • Public liability insurance

    • Appropriate cover for any products, demonstrations or food sales

You will also need to supply:

    • Risk assessment

    • Health & safety declaration

    • PAT test certificates (If using electric)

    • Food hygiene certification or TENS licensing (if selling/offering food or alcohol)

  • Our event terms & conditions are available here:

    www.wedchella.co.uk/terms-and-conditions

You’ll be asked to confirm you’ve read and agree upon booking.

  • Head to our online application form:

    www.wedchella.co.uk/booking-form

Once submitted, we’ll review your application and if accepted, we will issue your invoice and confirm your place with a deposit.

  • Yes — we offer flexible payment plans, usually in 2 or 3 instalments but we can also discuss other options if you wish to enquire.

    • Deposit (50%) to secure your space upon booking.

    • Final balance due 90 days before the event on 26th January 2026.

If you're booking closer to the event and it’s after 26th Janaury the balance will be due in full.
